As a result of her transformational leadership style and her 20+ years of experience as a healthcare professional, Ms. Caldwell recognized a demand for Revenue Cycle improvements, following the new WHO Int’l mandate for the United States of ICD -10.  

She then established Stratisphere Healthcare Solutions to support healthcare organizations optimize to all revenue income opportunities.  

She is passionate, deeply committed, and focused on improving Revenue Cycle Management. Currently, she and her team is working on developing an IP Methodology to better streamline the Revenue Cycle process. Strategic plans are also underway to scale Stratisphere Healthcare Solutions to international markets.   

Ms. Caldwell holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Health Service Management. As the WHO implemented ICD-10, she earned a third degree in Health Information Technology (HIT) to further expand her knowledge/skill-sets on the new updates.
